Revelation Revealed in Scrolls

Revelation Revealed in Scrolls! In these last days the minds op the believers have been confused of their understanding so that it will be for the most difficult for them to understand the Book of Revelation! (Titus 1: 15; Ephesians 4:18) They are spiritual ignorant of this Prophetic Message about the End-Time that Apostle John was revealed by the Lord, when he was at Patmos. But by making an overview in a easy and clear way for understanding the Book of Revelation, people will get a better understanding. That what I hope for.

Warnings...

Warnings are not designed to scare you but to inspire you to be prepared!  Always learn to judge things through prayer, fasting, and the through the speaking in your innermost being by the Holy Spirit. Preparation can cause your mind to be at ease in the event of a crisis. So many people have questions about the book of Revelation. Part of heeding a warning is to correctly interpret the warning, which at times is difficult since many prophetic warnings are veiled in symbolism in a dream or vision. Often when ministers are teaching from this book, they are mostly just reading these specific Scripture then they are repeating what they had just read.  There is not much explanation from it then!

Patmos is a small island in the Aegean Sea, located about 35 miles (56.3 kilometers) west of the city of Miletus off the coast of Asia Minor. Patmos is about ten miles (16.1 kilometers) long and six miles (9.7 kilometers) wide at its northern end, consisting of rocky volcanic hills. È

The Isle of Patmos in Greece today,
where Apostle John received Revelation!

"The Jerusalem of the Aegean" is one way of describing Patmos  (See picture above)  as it was referred to in one 5th century in-scription. It was here that Apostle John  was exiled by the wicked empire of Rome Domision between 95 and 97 A.D. and was inspired to write the Book of Revelation or Apocalypse! (= Unveiling of something's which has been hidden) The normal limitation of John's mind and body were laid aside or in a form of ignored and he was projected into the future. John probably was in poor physical condition, because of the
cruelty of the roman treatments to (exile) prisoners.
In a time when the Asian churches were undergoing persecution, John wrote to them from this island. He addressed each of seven churches by means of a letter of encouragement and warning. The series of letters is followed by the author’s account of the divinely sent vision of impending judgment, which “must soon take place”
(Revelation 22:6). Patmos, then, was the location from which the book of Revelation originated.
The apostle John was known as “the disciple that
Jesus loved.” He was the author of the fourth Gospel in the New Testament. He also wrote three epistles (letters to other Christians) and... the book of Revelation! The apostle John has a high reputation among Christian people, and his influence has been felt throughout the centuries. John saw and recorded the events that will shape the near future of each of us of our planet Earth!

Revelation Chapters 4 - 22  will happen in the very near future! (Tribulation-period)

Important keys for a better understanding of the Book of Revelation:

1

John's vision occurs in the Heavenly Temple from Revelation 1 Looking in the events in Heaven!

2

The Heavenly activities has parallels to the earthly Temple rituals! So many parallels in the Book of Revelation do have actual rituals establish as in the Tabernacle of Moses and as in the Temple of Solomon.

3

Various events in the Book of Revelation are parallel with the 7 feasts of Israel. Heavenly as well Earthly by Moses' Tabernacle & Solomon's Temple on Earth.

4

There is a Heavenly Priesthood with Old Testament rituals; examples and symbolism's  (immetries) with all throughout the Book of Revelation;

5

The entire vision that Apostle John saw is a summary from what the Ancient Old Testament prophets predicted about the last days and the final judgment. It is not direct a new vision, but it is a combination what all the prophets saw coming to pass during a 7 year time frame (Daniel's 70-th week) of the wrath (judgment) of G-D on the planet Earth!

The  Church is Priest unto G-D!

The entire vision in
Chapters 4 - 19 covers the  7 years tribulation period!
7 year time frame; Daniel's 70-th week

Vision of both John & Ezekiel

Both were captive against their will

Both were near water when their visions occur

Both saw Heaven open and saw the visions of G_D

Both  saw a Jewish remnant (Ezekiel 12:6; Revelation 12:17)

Both  saw Heavenly living creatures:  Cherubims (Ezekiel) Living creatures (John) not the Greek: therion , translated "beast"

Both  saw the Throne of G-D and on His Throne

Both  saw a Rainbow around the Throne

Both  saw a scroll with woe's & trouble

Both  were told to eat the scroll and prophecy...

Both  saw Angels marking the forehead of righteous people (Ezekiel 9; Revelation 7:1-3)

Both  saw judgment striking Israel and also striking the City of Jerusalem

Both John & Ezekiel were linked to the Priesthood.

Both saw a Jewish remnant (Ezekiel 12:6; Revelation 12:17)

Vision of both John & Daniel

Both saw a final period of 7 years; Daniel indentified the time frame as on prophetic week {7 years) in (Daniel 9:27)  John divided the 7-years in 42-months period (Revelation 11:2; 13:5)

Both saw 42-final months of world history. Daniel gave the time frame as time  (1 year) times (2 years), and dividing of time (½ of a year) (Daniel 12:17) John said the final time frame would be 1,260 days - 3½ Years! (Revelation 12:6)

Both indentified the Antichrist as a "beast". Daniel saw the Antichrist as the fourth beast that would arise (Daniel 7:7). John saw the Antichrist as the 'beast' rising up from the sea (Revelation 13:1)

Both reveal a time of great trouble on Earth. Daniel said it was a time such as never was or ever shall be (Daniel 12:1) John described a time of wrath and trouble.  (Revelation 7:12)

Both  prophets saw Michael the archangel. Daniel saw Michael standing up at the time of trouble (Daniel 12:1). John saw Michael warring with satan in Heaven.  (Revelation 12:7))

Both  prophets saw 10 kings that would arise at the end of days. Daniel saw the ten horns were ten kings. (Daniel 7:24).  John saw 10 horn with 1o crowns that were 10 kings.  (Revelation 13:1)

Both  saw the resurrection of the dead. Daniel recorded a resurrection after the Tribulation (Daniel 12:2). John saw a resurrection of those who were 'beheaded' in the Tribulation (Revelation 7:9-17)

Both  prophets saw the return of the Lord to set up His Kingdom. Daniel saw an everlasting Kingdom of the Messiah (Daniel 12:2). John saw Yeshua/Christ returning to make war (Revelation 19:11)

Ç Above are Note's from Book: "Unleashing  the Beast" Page 31/32 by Dr. Perry Stone

Even the Prophet Enoch prophecies this event before the Flood of Noah  "Behold," he declared, "the Lord cometh with ten thousands of His saints, to execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds." (Jude 14, 15). Where Jude learned of this prophecy is not known, unless it was from the book of Enoch which was known in the early church. I-XXXVI; I-V. Parable of Enoch on the Future Lot of the Wicked and the Righteous; CHAPTER I  ...And behold! He cometh with ten thousands of {His} holy ones to execute judgment upon all, and to destroy {all} the ungodly

 7 -Year Tribulation on planet Earth...
3½ -Year Wrath of
"Yeshua/Christ" + 3½ -Year "Wrath of G-D"

The events of Tribulation will official start after the rapture (Harpazo) of the righteous uncompromising saints! An upcoming time period has been set aside for G-D to pour out His wrath upon the evil of the world, to re-gather Israel back into its land, to force Israel to acknowledge Yeshua as their Messiah, and for the Messiah to (2-sd coming) return and fight for His believing remnant (Deuteronomy 4:26-31; Isaiah 13:6-13; 17:4-11; Jeremiah 30:4-11; Ezekiel 20:33-38; Daniel 9:27; 12:1; Zechariah 14:1-4; Matthew 24:9-31). This time period begins with a covenant between Israel and the Antichrist (Dan. 9:27). The length of the Tribulation is seven years long, described in a variety of ways as "one seven' - year block. (Daniel 9:27), "times, time and half a time" (Rev. 12:14), consisting of two "1260 days" periods (Revelation 11:3), or two "42 month" periods (Revelation 11:2; 13:5). Daniels 70 year-period! While the Earth is in turmoil the righteous saints have entered the Heavenly Temple of G-D! Partaking the Marriage of the Lamb and preparing their future priest-hood & ruler-ship as Kings for the millennium! Continue below...

It is Yeshua who is a Priest who are becoming a King; The Heavenly temple is not just the Throne room, it is the real Temple of G-D in Heaven. All these judgment in the Book of Revelation are actually judgments predicted by Old Testament (ancient) prophets, that are found all summed up at ones in the Book of Revelation.
# Isaiah
predicted cosmic signs;
# Jeremiah predicted the tribulation;
# Joel
predicted locus like men;
# Daniel
predicted the 70 TH week and more; etc...
The Book of Revelation is not a new vision, but is a combination what all the Ancient (OT) Prophets saw coming to pass during a 7-year time-frame in the wrath of G-D on the Earth!

During a 7-year time-frame in the wrath of G-D on the Earth!

All Apocalyptic writings has symbolism in it! The original symbolism is to be found in the OT Scripture or Testament! The interpretation of the Book of Revelation can be explained by going to the Old Testament and study the symbols.

Revelation: “The Unveiling”

• The Consummation of all things.
• The only "Book" {Ancient Scroll} promising a special blessing to the reader.
• 404 verses containing over 800 allusions from the Old Testament.
• It presents the climax of G-D’s Plan for Man.

The End Time, End Times, or End of Days are the eschatological writings in the three Abrahamic religions:
* Christianity
* Judaism
* Islam

......and in doomsday scenarios in various other non-Abrahamic religions.

In Christianity, the End Times are often depicted as a time of tribulation that precedes the Second Coming of the Christian “Savior“ or a “hoped-for deliverer”, Jesus or Yeshua, the Christian Messiah, who will usher in the Kingdom of God and bring an end to suffering and evil.

In Judaism the term “End of Days” is taken from the Tanakh, Numbers 24:4, as a reference to the Messianic era and the Jewish belief in the coming of Mashiach Various other religions also have eschatological beliefs associated with turning and redemption.

In Islam, Yawm al-Qiyāmah "the Day of Resurrection" or Yawm ad-Din "the Day of Judgment", Allah's final assessment of humanity, is preceded by the end of the world.

Commentary

1:1

The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which G-D gave unto Him, to shew unto His servants things which must shortly (quickly) come to pass; and He sent and signified it by His angel unto His servant John:

The purpose was to show, not hide from His servants, events from John's day into all eternity!

Shortly: These advents are going to start quickly!

1:2

Who bare record of the Word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.

The book was transmitted from God to Yeshua/Christ, to the angel, to John, to the churches, to us!

1:3

Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand!

A Unique Promise: Blessed is he who read the Revelation; the Book of Prophecy; who hear it and keep things written therein! (1-ft of the 7-blessings)

Understand prophecy as history written beforehand. Giving the same meaning to words of prophecy as you do the words of history. Do not think prophecy must be fulfilled before it can be understood. Do not interpret God's own interpretation of anything in prophecy  Take all prophecy literally unless it is clear that it cannot have a literal meaning. Then get the literal truth conveyed by the figurative language. Do attend carefully and guard!

the seven Spirits which are before His Throne;
Isaiah 11:2 ...And..
1. the Spirit of the Lord {YHWH} {Elohim}
     {  אלהים  }  shall rest upon Him
2. the Spirit of wisdom and
3. the Spirit of understanding,
4. the Spirit of counsel and
5. the Spirit of might,
6. the Spirit of knowledge and of
7. the reverential {and} obedient fear of the Lord--

1:4

*John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from Him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before His Throne*;

Grace: for the Greek speaking & Gentiles
Peace: for the Jewish & Hebrew speaking (Shalom)  (In John's time!)

* 5 different fact of the identifications of the Lord Yeshua Messiah! (verses: 4, 5, 8, 18)  See more below v 18!

These churches were located in Asia Minor.
The 7 Spirits refer to the Holy Spirit in the fullness of His ministry in the world & in the Church!

1:5

*And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful (true) witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the Prince of the kings of the earth. Unto Him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood,

Colossians 1:18; Ephesians 1:21

Jesus/Yeshua was both a witness and a martyr. The first begotten of the dead; The Prince of the kings of the earth. He loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood. They pierced Him; He is TODAY our great Intercessor at the right hand of G-D, exalted as the Supreme Authority over the universal Church!

1:6

And hath made us kings and priests unto God and His Father; to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

He made us kings and priests unto God and His Father; To Him be glory and dominion forever! He is G-D!

1:7

Behold, He cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced Him: and all kindred's of the earth shall wail because of Him. Even so, Amen.

Two distinct comings
are separated by 7 years,

First:
Rapture; (Great assembly of the righteous saints) Meeting in the air in the clouds!

Second: The Lords 2-sd coming (He is returning with the saints from Heaven to reign His Divine Kingdom on Earth as King of kings and Lord of lords!

  Picture-source: Unknown

He will come with clouds -- visibly and physically, as He went away; All eyes in the immediate vicinity of Jerusalem!  Communication systems in our time are making it possible that millions can see the whole event at ones! Referring to "the great assembly of righteous saints" or "rapture" as well the second coming of the Messiah!

Even so, is Greek!
Amen is Hebrew!
The 2 main people were Jews & gentiles; To appeal to the Hebrew as well to the Greek audience!

The second coming of Yeshua or the Christ

The second coming of Yeshua or the Christ is the chief theme of this book.(not the rapture!) The important events that occur in and between the seals, trumpets, and vials, are in the plan of God, preparatory to the Messiah / Christ's second  coming. It is announced at the beginning (Revelation 1:7), in the middle (Revelation 11:15-18), and at the end of the prophecy (Revelation 22:20). His second coming is referred to many times in this book and is vividly described in Revelation19:11-21. The word for “see” in 1:7 is not the ordinary word meaning merely to look upon, but one meaning to gaze or to stare at with wide open eyes, as at something remarkable, something absolutely horrifying to the beholder, producing fear, hatred or reverence, as the case may be.

1:8

*I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. Picture-source: www.Revelationillustrated.com

Alpha and Omega are the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet. The Lord G-D is the beginning and the end. G-D the Father is the eternal Lord and Ruler of the past, present, and future (see also 4:8; Isaiah 44:6; 48:12-15). God is sovereign over history and is in control of everything. The one who is, who always was, and who is still to come is also described in 1:4.

1:9

I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the Word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.
Picture-source: www.Revelationillustrated.com

 (1 Thessalonians 5:2, 4)
2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

4 times of persecution of Christians in John's day (Rev. 1:9; 2:9,10,22)
John wrote that believers would have tribulation; they are not 'immune to suffering! Out of the 'suffering' of God's people have come some of the greatest triumphs! When your circum-stances are really looking bad, the Lord than has great opportunities to perform His work in you and shine! Continue to be a faithful servants of Yeshua, in spite off!

1:10

I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,

In the mind of God on the Lord's day! That is not the Sabbath's day; neither on Sunday or 1-ft day of the week!  20 times in the OT is referring to the day of the Lord's judgment (that the Prophets talked about)! They are 2 different one!
2 Thessalonians 5:2
It is mention the day of the Lord! (Refers to tribulation period)

2 Thessalonians 5:2  The day of Christ! Alluded to the return of the Lord in the Rapture; the  gathering together of the righteous saints!
Philippians 1:10... without offence till the day of Christ;
Philippians 2:16... till the day of Christ;
(2 Thessalonians 2:2) That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
In one day the Lord Yeshua comes & in one day (the same day)  tribulation begins... In one day the Lord comes back to Earth (2-SD coming) and on that same day is the last day of the tribulation!
It is the day of the Lord in that all of the events will climax in one day! His return to Earth and beginning of tribulation is one day! His return to Earth and stop tribulation is one day!

"Trumpet" in Hebrew mostly referred to "Shofar";
The voice of G-D! likewise the thundering voice on Mount Sinai when Moses went up!

God took John beyond his natural limitations

John was called into the Throne-room of God! The Heavenly Temple located in the third Heaven!
Paul was not doubtful about being caught up to the third Heaven. He was certain about that (2 Corinthians 12:2,4).

The mountain where the congregation of Heaven gathers for regular worship; located in the sides of the Northern parts of Heaven (Isaiah 14:13)

John was being wholly in union with the Holy Spirit and yielded himself to Him! "The Lord's Day"; OT described an extended time period in which G-D is the Sovereign ruler  over Planet Earth! In this case John was 'projected' into the future events of the End-Times! (Daniel's 70-th week)

The Day of the Lord: Joel 3:21; Amos 5:18; Isaiah 2:2; 13:6; Jeremiah 46:10

The prophetic picture of the 'Rapture' is Exodus 19. Yahweh came down on the mountain Sinai - Moses went up! There are trumpets involved in the "Rapture"! Exodus 19 is a foreshadow or picture  of the 'rapture' or 'the great assembly'! When the trumpets sounds long, they shall come to the mount Sinai! In Moses' time it was mount Sinai, now it is Heavenly Mount Zion!

In the very Throne-room of God in Heaven is in the Holy Heavenly Temple! This is the place where John saw the vision and wrote everything in the Book Revelation 5:5

1:11

Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou sees, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

John was told to write in a 'book' (scrolls) what he was about to see and send it to the seven churches of Asia Minor. These 7 Churches represent the entire Church throughout the ages!
Only when you see with your spiritual eyes, Yeshua or Christ, as He is today you will be able to see yourself  as John did, to overcome, taking your position of authority as a king & priest unto a Holy G-D!

1:12

And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;

...As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. (John 9:5)
...Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. (Psalms 119:105)
...Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in Heaven. (Matthew 5:16)

(Psalms 29:3-11) Description of God’s voice and great  power

Lamp-stand or Menorah

The 7 golden candlesticks which John saw are the seven churches! Rev. 1:20 and a vision of the glorified Christ! The Lamp-stands throw their light on Yeshua's perfections, to bring Glory to G-D, the Father in Heaven. (Matt 5:16) Our responsibility is to get the lost souls to see the Light of God's glory! 'I will appoint You the Higher office of bringing salvation to the Gentile world, to be for salvation to the ends of the earth!" (Isaiah 49:6b) The Church comes from the 'riven' side of Him, Who is the True Light of the world! The number 7 is referring to perfection! This only becomes possible as we are in Yeshua, in perfect union as the "Candlestick"! (See also at Moses' Tabernacle) Yeshua is the 'vessel' that is the Light of the world! We, the branches, are the vessels through whom the 'Light' shall shine into dark places! Wherever there is 'Light" darkness disappears for the 'Light" is stronger than darkness!

Description of God’s voice & great  power
* Psalms 29:1-11   A Psalm of David ...

 1 ASCRIBE TO the Lord, O sons of the mighty, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.
2 Give to the Lord the glory due to His name; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness {or} in holy array.
3 The voice of the Lord is upon the waters; the God of glory thunders; the Lord is upon many (great) waters.
4 The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.
5 The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars; yes, the Lord breaks in pieces the cedars of Lebanon.
6 He makes them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion (Mount Hermon) like a young, wild ox.
7 The voice of the Lord splits {and} flashes forth forked lightning.
8 The voice of the Lord makes the wilderness tremble; the Lord shakes the Wilderness of Kadesh.
9 The voice of the Lord makes the hinds bring forth their young, and His voice strips bare the forests, while in His temple everyone is saying, Glory!
10 The Lord sat as King over the deluge; the Lord [still] sits as King [and] forever!
11 The Lord will give [unyielding and impenetrable] strength to His people; the Lord will bless His people with peace.

1:13

And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

His body was clothed with a garment down to the feet and girded with golden girdle (Daniel 7:9; 10:5, 6; Isaiah 6:1). He had on the robe of a High-priest; the golden girdle  refers to His righteousness; the dignity of the important office as our Great High Priest! Hebrews  7 :24, 25

1:14

His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;

His hair is like as on fire!

White hair is symbolic for His Title; (Rev. 1:14; Dan. 7:9) the Alpha & Omega; the First & Last;  from everlasting to everlasting! The flames of fire are referring He is a Judge & Conqueror!  Rev. 19:11-12

1:15

And His feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and His voice* as the sound of many waters.

His feet were like fine brass, depict the great strength & power with which Yeshua is going to bring judgment upon the ungodly of the Earth! His enemies beneath His feet!
(Rev. 1:14; 10:1; Dan. 10:6).
His voice like many waters; as the sound of a trumpet (Shofar) The powerful forcefulness and impressive voice of
Yeshua (Rev. 10:2-4; 11:15; 14:2; 16:17; 19:6; Ps. 29; Heb. 12:26; Dan. 10:6; Ezekiel 43:2; Ps* 29:3-11).

1:16

And He had in his right hand seven stars: and out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in His strength.

An angel assigned to each of the 7 Churches. This belongs to God's way & plan of communication!

The mighty warrior; Conqueror; battling the forces of evil to a final victory! (See also Rev. 19:11-16)

His right hand (Represents authority & control) held seven stars, which were the angels of the 7 Churches. These angels will serve a both messenger & assistant to the faithful & obeying pastors of the seven churches (Rev. 1:20).
Coming out of His mouth a two-edged sword; representing the power & authority of the Words of Yeshua! (Rev. 1:16; 2:12,16; 19:15,21; Eph. 6:17). Instrument of warfare; He will speak the Word, and those who are aligned with the enemy will be destroyed, and so the antichrist! 1 Thess. 2:8 It penetrates even to dividing soul & spirit; joints & marrow; it judges the thoughts & attitudes of the heart! (Heb. 4:12)
His countenance shone like the sun; His manifested Shekinah Glory with its Brightness of His appearance + coming!
(Rev. 10:1; Dan. 10:6).

The Effect of the Vision upon John:
This vision of
Yeshua or Jesus Christ was something new to John. He had seen Him and walked with Him in the days of His flesh, but there was no such fear then as this vision produced. John no doubt felt uncomfortable in the awe-inspiring presence of the Son of God. He was actually overcome and fell at the feet of Christ as one dead. He did not lie long in this state, however, for Jesus Christ laid His hand upon him and said, “Fear not.” The effect of the vision upon John was the same as that upon others who have got a glimpse of the glory of God!

1:17

And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And He laid His right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

John was so overwhelmed that he felt on his face at Yeshua's feet as though he was dead! Yeshua quieting the fear of John because of His presence & great authority, through the touch of His right hand! He existed since eternity past & will be for all eternity future! (Jeremiah 33:3)

* The identifications of the Lord Yeshua Messiah!

* 5 different fact of the identifications of the Lord Yeshua Messiah! (verses: 4, 5, 8, 18) The position of Yeshua Messiah in verses 13 - 18 and Revelation 19:16 (KINGS OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS)
The Book of Revelation is also showing that
Yeshua is the High-priest of Heaven, transferring to the Kings of kings and Lord of lords, How is a Priest becoming a King and what is a Priest do in order to get a King? Revelation 5:6 stood a Lamb as it had been slain. In Revelation 5:5 as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David. The first time He came on Earth to suffer and the second time transferred as the King of kings (Chapter 19) and Lord of lords! In Revelation 5:9 as the redeemer and also as a judge in Revelation 8:1-6.

His vision, in which he saw YESHUA/CHRIST appear! (1:12-20)

The churches receive their light from Yeshua/Christ and the gospel, and hold it forth to others. They are 7 golden candlesticks (7 Jewish Temple-Menorah's); they should be precious and pure; not only the ministers, but the members of the churches; their light should so shine before men, as to engage others to give glory to G-D. And the apostle saw as though of the {Yeshua} Lord Jesus Christ appeared in the midst of the golden candlesticks (Jewish Menorah's). He is with His churches always, to the end of the world, filling them with light, and life, and love. He was clothed with a robe down to the feet,  representing His righteousness; Heavenly High-priesthood, and as Mediator. This vest was girt with a golden girdle, which may denote how precious are his love and affection for his people. His head and hairs white like wool and as snow, may signify his majesty, purity, and eternity. His eyes as a flame of fire, may represent His knowledge of the secrets of all hearts, (Job 15:11) and of the most distant events. His feet like fine brass burning in a furnace, may denote the firmness of His appointments, and the excellence of his proceedings. His voice as the sound of many waters, may represent the power of His Word, to remove or to destroy. The seven stars were emblems of the ministers {Pastors} of the seven churches to which the apostle was ordered to write, and whom Yeshua/Christ upheld and directed. The sword represented His justice, and His word, piercing to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, (Hebrews 4:12). His countenance was like the sun, when it shines clearly and powerfully; its strength too bright and dazzling for mortal eyes to behold. The apostle was overpowered with the greatness of the luster and glory in which Yeshua/Christ appeared. We may well be contented to walk by faith, while here upon earth. The Lord Jesus/Yeshua spoke words of comfort; Fear not. Words of instruction; telling who thus appeared. And His Divine nature; the First and the Last. His former sufferings; I was dead: the very same whom His disciples saw upon the cross. His resurrection and life; I have conquered death, and am partaker of endless life. His office and authority; sovereign dominion in and over the invisible world, as the Judge of all, from whose sentence there is no appeal. Let us listen to the voice of Yeshua/Christ, and receive the tokens of His love, for what can he withhold from those for whose sins He has died? May we then obey His word, and give up ourselves wholly to Him who directs all things a right.

The threefold keys in the book of Revelation:
The division of the Book of Revelation

1. "The things which thou hast seen,"

i.e., the vision of Yeshua Messiah or the Christ the High-Priest in the midst of the candlesticks! Revelation Chapter 1; the vision of Yeshua Messiah or the Christ the High-Priest of Heaven after the order of Melchisedec in the midst of the candlesticks with a priestly garment!  Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an High priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. (Hebrews 6:20) Melchizedek was an earthly king & priest (Genesis 14:18-20; 7:1-28) Melchizedek's origin was not recorded (Hebrews 7:6) so he could be a mere type of Yeshua's/Christ's eternity!

2. "The things which are," ...........................

i.e., the seven letters to the seven churches in Asia Minor, or present-day Turkey. Present condition for John.

3. "The things which were to come,"

i.e., events after the "rapture" of the church (The great assembly of the righteous saints) (Rev. 4:1 -- Rev. 22:5). This deals with the future! These include the scenes in Heaven (Rev. 4 -- Rev. 5), the seven seals and their parenthetical statements (Rev. 14:1 -- Rev. 19:21),  The second Coming of Yeshua as a warrior King, ending the war at Armageddon; the Millennium (Rev. 20), and the new Heaven and new earth (Rev. 21:1 -- Rev. 22:5), and events of the conclusion! {Futuristic}

These candlesticks or Jewish Menorah are symbolic those of the earthly or heavenly temple, and are also symbols of the churches in a twofold aspect: first, to manifest Yeshua Messiah or the Christ within; secondly, to hold forth the Word of Life in this darkened world, Philippians 2:16. The word candlestick means lamp-stands or portable lamps, and is used seven times in this book, Revelation 1:12-13, 20; 2:1, 5. See also Revelation 18:23; 22:5.

the Pleiades ÈÇ

1:19

Write the (3) things which thou hast seen, {1} and the things which are,  {2} and the things which shall be hereafter; {3}

John is now commanded to write the things which he had seen. In Rev. 1:11 he was told to write what he was about to see. Now he is told to write what he has already seen -- the vision of Rev. 1:16-18.

1:20

The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.

Angels (Greek) is translated as messengers; these are not 7 angels with wings; These are 7 individuals pastors; 'messengers' of the 7 Churches. Historical something's is going on there that parallels what you read in the Book of Revelation! This has also a powerful double application. The 7 stars are actually an image of a Pleiades"; it is a constellation in Heaven that has one middle star surrounded with 7 stars called 'the 7 sisters'! (located in the neck of Taurus the bull) The bull was a high priest offering. The 7 Churches; that are the 7 Churches in the hands of Yeshua,  are located in Asia-minor, nowadays West-Turkey at the base of the Taurus mountains. God used to describe something vividly or in visual terms (imatry) what the people in that that were familiar with. So they know the High-Priest of Heaven was speaking to them!

In astronomy, the Pleiades, or Seven Sisters (Messier object 45), is an open star cluster containing middle-aged hot B-type stars located in the constellation of Taurus. It is among the nearest star clusters to Earth and is the cluster most obvious to the naked eye in the night sky. Pleiades has several meanings in different cultures and traditions.

The Pleiades are a prominent sight in winter in the Northern Hemisphere and in summer in the Southern Hemisphere, and have been known since antiquity to cultures all around the world
In September and October Taurus is visible in the evening along the eastern horizon. The most favorable time to observe Taurus in the night sky is during the months of December and January. By March and April the constellation will appear to the west during the evening twilight!

Mystery: something previously hidden, but now fully revealed. In the New Testament it always means any doctrine that has not, in former times, been made fully known to people. It is found 27 times in the NT and not once in the OT! Also in (Romans 11:25)

Seven golden candlesticks refers to the Jewish Menorah! (The 7 eyes of G-D) According Josephus they are referring to the 7 planets!
(Only 7 were known; which included the sun & moon)

The Menorah refers to the 7 eyes of G-D! The Lamb has the seven horns and seven eyes. Revelation 5-6

The Key(s) are Self-Contained

Nowadays Christians are most living in the state of defeat, because of their limited vision and idea's to their carnal thinking. G-D wants to take you above your own comprehensions (Jeremiah 33:3) in order to see Him as He is TODAY and that you are going to know Him in His fullness. Not only as the suffering Messiah, but also as the King of kings, Our Great-High-priest, Judge, Conqueror, Lord of lords, and as Great warrior (2 Corinthians 3:18) This also makes you capable & prepared for the events that is going to occur upon the planet Earth in this End-Time-Harvest-Revival!

Cherubim's

Consequently, God became known as the Lord of hosts that "dwelleth between the cherubim's" (1 Sam. 4:4; 2 Sam. 6:2; 2 Ki. 19:15; 1 Chr. 13:6; Ps. 80:1; 99:1; Isa. 37:16).

In their first appearance in Scripture, Cherubim are standing outside the garden of Eden, preventing Adam and Eve from returning: "So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life" (Gen. 3:24). It is interesting that golden images of these same beings were later used in making the mercy seat over the ark:

It was 60between the cherubim, who actually dwell in God’s presence in Heaven. Therefore, these cherubim, patterned after heavenly spirit beings, were also a symbol of the Divine Presence. Their wings stretched over the mercy seat and their faces looking toward it symbolized the eternal watchfulness and ministry of angels to the redeemed, as well as their cooperation with God in the plan of redemption as typified by the tabernacle and offerings of the law of Moses. And, to further impress men with the fact of divine presence, cherubim also adorned the main curtains of the tabernacle (Ex. 26:1; 36:8), as well as the veil separating the Holy of Holies from the rest of the tabernacle (Ex. 26:31; 36:35).
Naturally, Solomon included cherubim in his temple as well: they were engraved on the main walls of the temple (2 Chr. 3:5-7); they decorated the bases of the ten lavers (1 Ki. 7:27-29, 36-37); they were carved on the doors of the Holy of Holies (1 Ki. 6:29-35); and adorned the veil between the Holy and most Holy place (2 Chr. 3:7).

Living Creatures

When John describes the scene in heaven it is with awe-inspiring imagery: (Rev. 4:2-8)
These four 'beasts' are similar to the cherubim, except that they have only one head each and are full of eyes before and behind. They are like the seraphim in that they have six wings. One has a face like a lion, one like a calf, one like a man, and one like a flying eagle. They cry, "Holy, holy, holy" to God day and night.
The Greek word for beasts
(Not comparing with the 'beast' accompanied with the antichrist!) in this passage is 'zoa', the plural of zoon meaning "living creature."
In response to this the four beasts joined with the twenty-four elders as they all "
fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odors, which are the prayers of saints" (v. 8). Then they sang a new song to the Lamb and were joined in worship by myriads of angels, as well as "every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them" (v. 13). Concluding this worship, "the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth forever and ever" (v. 14; 7:1-12).
Then, at the opening of each of the first four seals, one of the four beasts told John to "
Come and see" as the four horsemen were sent forth (Rev. 6:1-8). These living creatures were also present with the twenty-four elders when the 144,000 sang a new song that "no man could learn" (Rev. 14:3). Later, after all the seals had been opened, it was one of the four living creatures that 66gave the seven golden vials full of the wrath of God to the seven angels whose job it was to pour them out (Rev. 15:7). Finally, when Babylon has been judged, the four living creatures again join the multitudes in worship (Rev. 19:1-4).

From these passages in
Revelation we can see seven specific acts of the living creatures, They call attention to God’s holiness (4:4-8)

They fall prostrate in worship (5:8; 19:1-4)
They sing and play harps
(5:8)
They offer the prayers of the saints to God
(5:8)
They call forth the four horsemen (6:1-8)
They give vials to angels
(15:7)
They listen to the worship of others
(14:3)
