And I stood upon the sand of the sea (beach), and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten (royal) crowns (diadems), and upon his heads the name (titles) of blasphemy.

The Antichrist, who is introduced to us as a "beast who comes up out of the sea." That latter phrase is a symbolic reference to the Gentile nations surrounding the Mediterranean Sea it on 3 sides. (Old Roman Empire territory), indicating the Antichrist will be a Gentile. The Antichrist becomes history's first true worldwide dictator. He also becomes the object of worldwide (pagan) worship! (Daniel 7:2-3,17).

And the beast which I saw was (resembled) like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his [own might and] power, and his seat [own throne], and great authority. [dominion]

For a description of the leopard, Daniel 7:6. It is distinguished for bloodthirstiness and cruelty, and thus becomes all emblem of a fierce, tyrannical power. In its general character it resembles a lion, and the lion and the leopard are often referred to together. In this description, it is observable that John has combined in one animal or monster, all those which Daniel brought successively on the scene of action as representing different empires. Thus in Daniel 7:2-7 the lion is introduced as the symbol of the Babylonian power; the bear, as the symbol of the Medo-Persian;

And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. [the whole earth went after the beast in amazement {and} admiration]

He (antichrist) will not be assassinated and resurrected from the dead, as taught by some. It is one of the heads on the beast that is wounded to death and is healed, not the beast itself Therefore, all the theories of antichrist being a resurrected man, a reincarnation of some historic man, an incarnation of the devil, etc., are false! It is one of the nations (Babylon)  that will raise again! (see Seven-Headed, Ten-Horned Beast).

And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: [he had bestowed on the beast all his dominion {and} authority] and they [praised and] worshipped the beast, saying, "Who is like unto the beast? Who is able to make war with him?"

The vision in this chapter is of two distinct "beasts," each with peculiar characteristics, yet closely related, deriving their power from a common source; aiding each other in the accomplishment of the same object, and manifestly relating to the same power under different forms. And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue [uttering boastful and blasphemous words, and he was given freedom to exert his authority {and} to exercise his will during] forty-two months.

 Scriptural speaking, blasphemy is an anti-Yahweh or anti-christ word or deed! to claim the attributes of G-D {for yourself}, claim to be Messiah, deny the Holy Spirit, deny the Trinity; the cross of Yeshua Messiah; or even denying G-D's edicts and declarations, - are all blasphemy. Satan blasphemed when he said: "I will be like the most High"(Isaiah 14:14)
This masquerading serves a two-fold purpose:
1. It fulfills satan's desire to be like G-D!
2. It confuses and deceives mankind into their offering their worship to him instead of G-D!

And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His Name, and His tabernacle, (Temple) and them that dwell in heaven.

And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, (against God's holy people) and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.[to extend his authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation]

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him [ will fall down in adoration {and} pay him homage] (the beast), whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain [in sacrifice]  from the foundation of the world.

If any man [is able]  have an ear, let him hear. (willing to hear should listen and understand)

He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith [and fidelity]  of the saints. [God's {righteous} people].

And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth  [rising up out of the land itself]; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake [roared] as a dragon.

An  another beast who rises up out of the earth, literally "the land." Just as the sea is a prophetic symbol for the Gentile nations, the land is a symbol of Israel. Thus, the implication here is that this beast will be a 'Jew'!

And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him [and right of control of the former beast in his presence], and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast [to exalt {and} deify the first beast], whose deadly wound was healed.

This beast is later referred to as the "False Prophet." This nefarious character serves as the Antichrist's right hand man. He exercises the authority of the Antichrist, carrying out both political and religious duties.
Both beasts symbolize two natural men who will be born in these last days, will fulfill prophecy and die at Armageddon (Rev. 19:20; Dan. 7:11; Isa. 11:4; 2Th. 2:8).  

And he doeth great wonders (astounding miracles), so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,

And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast [he deceives those who inhabit the earth, commanding them to erect a statue (an image) in the likeness of the beast]; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image (Statue of the first beast) to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

The False Prophet will argue in the name of "tolerance" that there are many roads to God, that God has revealed himself in religions.

And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. (Also beheaded)

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, [to be marked with an inscription {stamped} on] to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

No faithful Christian or observing Jew will take this mark, at this point all Christians and Jews will become outlaws. They will have to hide out in the countryside and live off the land. They will be hunted down like animals and most of them will be killed - not all, but most. It will be a horrible period of unparalleled persecution of believers in the true God.

A new technology is making it feasible for RFID-microchips to be painlessly implanted beneath the skin. It consist of miniature integrated circuitry that holds an processes information, as well an antenna  that can receive or transmit a signal. This implanted device was 3 millimeters wide and  23 millimeters long, and it emitted unique signals you could hear only if you had transmitters working in what they call an "intelligent building!"
These things shows us today that technological systems are now available to fulfill  a prediction made about 10900 years ago by John the Apostle of the Lord! Nimrod was the 'hero' or 'giant' established a new (after-flood) world order, something's which the world-leader of today are managing to rearchieve as we approach the coming of Yeshua (Rapture-Harpazo) in this End Time! or Last days! In (Judges 8:21-Amplified)  Then Zebah and Zalmunna said, Rise yourself and fall on us; for as the man is, so is his strength. And Gideon arose and slew Zebah and Zalmunna and took the [crescent-shaped] ornaments that were on their camels' necks. The word used for "crescent" is "saharon", which literally means "Crescent moon" It comes from the roots of sahar, which is literally used for the name of 'satan'  in (Isaiah 14:12) How art thou fallen from Heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!; as 'Hilal ben Sahar', 'Hilal', or Heylal', , is the word the KJV-translation  translated as "Lucifer"! The full phrase actually means:: "morning star / crescent moon"; which is the very symbol of Islam. In other words; the symbol of Islam and the name of "satan" are one and the same! This is significant and is a very clear hint into the spiritual origins of Islam and the "Anti-christ"! We also can see that the ancient enemies of (also ancient) Israel worshipped a "god" that was symbolized by the image of the 'crescent moon'! TO THIS DAY, this has NOT changed! In fact all evidence points to the fact that "Allah" is simply another name for Bel or Baal, which simply means: "lord" and is also the title of reverence to the Babylonian 'moon-god'! This is most  deceptive, seductive and elusive aspect of the mysteries, the supposed high ideals and 'good' (???) intentions of so many of its proponents. Seems to be so attractive, particular on the 'surface'. This is why it is so confusing to sort out solid, uncompromising Scriptural (Biblical  OT-NT) doctrine from the  supposing 'teaching' of 'love'  and 'spirituality' and bringing all peoples and all religions worldwide together in "peace" {In Hebrew translated as "security"} and "harmony"  without being 'judgmental", "divisive," and "intolerant"! (???)

Self-mutation...?

A common practice of Babylonian paganism was self-mutation. Scourging (whipping) himself or cutting oneself was instituted as symbolic of the execution and mutilation of Nimrod! Cutting oneself is also well known satanic practice and even the violent, this refers back to the aspects of the Babylonian mysteries! Also in the Islamic belief system  are similar traditions! The Islamic  "Messiah"

The Islamic  "Messiah" - figure "the Mahdi" is referring to as "the perfect human being who is heir to all prophets and pious men. The Mahdi" is essentially according Islam the 'reincarnation' of "Mohammed"! The belief in a coming "Mahdi" is universal for all Muslims and is a established doctrine for both 'Sunni & Shi'a Muslims, and has always been a of great importance in the Islamic world. The character(s) of "the Mahdi" is identical to the anti-christ in our Scripture! According Islam he is called "The awaited one"; "the lord of age"; This is exactly what we find described in our Scripture which calls "satan; the lord of age!"

For the god of this world has blinded the unbelievers' minds [that they should not discern the truth], preventing them from seeing the illuminating light of the Gospel of the glory of Christ (Yeshua; the Messiah), Who is the Image {and} Likeness of G-D. (2 Corinthians 4:4) Instead of being blinded by satan like unbelievers are, believers recognize that Yeshua/Jesus is the exact likeness of G-D (see also Colossians 1:15). G-D the Father {YHWH} as spirit is invisible (1 Timothy 6:16). G-D’s Son, however, is G-D’s visible expression. Yeshua/Jesus not only reflects the Father, but, as G-D, He reveals G-D to us (John 1:18; 14:9; Hebrews 1:1-2). Yeshua's/Christ’s glory expresses Divine glory!

Not only we can read about the anti-christ in ancient history, as also in the figure likewise Nimrod; not just a nightmare fiction but before our very eyes in these End Time it is becoming very real!

The ultimate 'test' to know whether a spirit is from...

And every spirit which does not acknowledge {and} confess {that} {Yeshua}Jesus {Christ has come in the flesh} [but would annul, destroy, sever, disunite Him] is not of G-D [does not proceed from Him]. This [non-confession] is the [spirit] of the antichrist, [of] which you heard that it was coming, and now it is already in the world. (1 John 4:3)

The ultimate 'test' to know whether a spirit is from G-D or from the devil is specifically whether or not it acknowledge that Yeshua Messiah or Jesus the Christ; the Son of G-D has become man. Any spirit that does not acknowledge this is from the enemy of G-D, satan; and is the "spirit of the anti-christ". This also by itself proves that Islam is possessed with an Anti-christ spirit!

Control...

The (fallen nature) of humans  want to be 'the captains of his fate' and 'master' of his/her destiny'! Making its own decisions thinks to and getting what he/she deserve!?  That is one of the great reasons man try to escape  its responsibility and  'earn' the way to Heaven and creating "G-D" in is own imagination! Paganism -every un-scriptural religion to be found in the world is basically based on 'works' (in flesh)  or/and certain rules which allow that person to 'merit' some sort of salvation of 'heavenly' reward!
