Counterfeit Faith!

To imitate, deceive, or false pretense like: Adolf Hitler (1889-1945) He deceived the entire world, including Britain and the United States.

Pretended zeal to win converts to “God” (?), but with no view in mind other than to make instruments to serve their own oppressions and cruelty!

False doctrines and interpretations of Scripture and ungodly means in escaping responsibility in vows which were made in hypocrisy! Maintaining hypocrisy and pretended saint-ship by outward religious show!

Deep inward depravities and abominations covered only by outward forms of religion!

Holocaust against the Jewish people during the World War II

 Hitler did kill millions of  people from 1933 to 1945!

• 4,500,000        Jews from Russia, Poland, and the Baltic.
• 750,000           Jews from Hungary and Romania.
• 290,000           Jews from Germany and Austria.
• 105,000           Jews from the Netherlands.
• 90,000             Jews from France.
• 54,000             Jews from Greece.

 A total of 6,000,000 Jews!

Another 10 million people who were Gypsies, Slavs, Poles, homosexuals, and the disabled!

Adolf Hitler is an example of a man who had counterfeit faith!
Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity (lawlessness)! (Matthew 23:28) 

The way of millions today in churches who are Christianity goes no deeper than what can be seen! (1 Samuel 16:7; 2 Corinthians 10:7; 2 Timothy. 3:5; 1 Peter 3:3).
 

Cultural Faith!

• It’s an integrated pattern of human knowledge or belief.
• Its foundation is human intellect.
• It’s following their dictator’s principles! (like the Nazi’s)
• Deceived by a dictator like Hitler, Sadam Hossein, Iran's president Ahmadinedjad as "modern cruel dictators", etc.
• Conformed to the culture that the dictator (Hitler) created.
• Their nation (Germany) is supreme.
• Rid all others from sight.
• Destroyed all those who were in need.

“All my life they have taught me the commands of Christ, of how we should love one another, as Christ loved us. How that we should defer our brothers over ourselves, and now I find out that  “they - in which I entrusted” arranges for whole families to be murdered.” Response: “You just don’t understand"!

• Destroyed his own friends!
• Destroyed his own family!
• They were neither completely dead nor full of zeal, but indifferent and careless!
• Proud and self-satisfied!
• Ignorant of true state!

 Their “faith” was academic, intellectual, and cultural!

I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.  Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: (Revelation 3:15-17) 
 

Courageous Faith!

• To persevere or stand strong in the face of challenge and difficulty!
• A true friend to who is in great need!
• Standing for right in the face of intimidation!
• Held on to real faith in Messiah Yeshua or Jesus Christ!
• Sharing relationship with Christ, not its own religion
• Placing your own life at risk for what you believe (or be) in Christ!

For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. (2 Timothy 1:12) 

• Suffered for the gospel (2 Timothy 1:12)
• Not ashamed of the gospel, God, or Messiah Yeshua or Jesus Christ (2 Timothy 1:12; Romans 1:16)
• Knew in whom he believed (2 Timothy 1:12)
• Persuaded that God is able to keep (guard) that good thing, deposit, that which the believer committed to God, a thing given by the Holy Spirit!
• Not afraid in the time of destructions, many terrors, treasons, plunder, robbery, murders, evils, and diseases!
• Having confidence in God

Confidence in God!

The Lord is my light, My salvation, My trust, My strength, My life, My confidence, My help in war, My refuge from the multitudes!
My protector from the wicked, from enemies!

What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. (Psalm 56:3) 

In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me? (Psalm 56:11)
Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; (Psalm 91:5) 

The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? (Psalm 27:1) 

A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. (Psalm 91:7).
 

What God will do for those dwelling in the secret place and under His shadow of the Most High!

Y A refuge or hiding place
Y A fortress or place of protection
Y A trust, a place of security of a true and faithful God
Y Deliver from the snare of the fowler. (wicked men, fallen angels and demons set for the righteous)
Y Deliver from the noisome pestilence. (rushing calamity)
Y Cover with His feathers  & protect under His wings (figurative of protection and care!)
Y Make truth a shield and buckler to protect the vital parts of the body from the enemy’ weapon thrusts & arrows!
Y God shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways!

Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against
the wiles of the devil!

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armor of God that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: (Ephesians 6:10-17)

Three great blessings of the armor of God:

1.         The ability to stand against all enemies!
2.         The ability to withstand all attacks!
3.         The ability to quench every fiery dart of satan!

With the whole armor of God, makes you able to stand strong!

Be strong in the Lord
Be strong in His power
Put on the whole armor of God
Steadfast & Bold
Have your loins girded with truth
Put on the breastplate of righteousness
Have your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace
Take the shield of faith
Take the helmet of salvation
Take the sword of the Spirit
Pray in & with the Spirit
Watch in prayer-Warfare!

Explanation of "Faith"

The word "believeth" denotes the act and process of “faith”! This use of the present tense indicates that faith must be continued in to receive its benefits
1. To be persuaded of…
2. Place confidence in…
3. The substance or conviction of things hoped for, the assurance of things not seen!
4. Absolute dependence upon and reliance in the Word of God and of Christ
5. Full surrender, yieldedness, and obedience to all known truth
6. Trust wholly and unreservedly in the faithfulness of God
7. Give one's self over to a new way of life
8. The attribute of God & restored faculty of man whereby both can bring into existence things that are unseen
9. The whole body of revealed truth
10. Joyful faith in, and acceptance of Christ as the substitute for sin and our Savior whereby one receives salvation!
